Refund and Returns Policy

At TravelHackers.in, we want you to enjoy a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective or missing parts
  • The product is not as described

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags, packaging, and accessories included

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used immunity boosters
  • Wellness consumables
  • Personal care products
  • Products purchased during clearance sale (if marked non-returnable)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@travelhackers.in
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Pickup & Inspection

Once your return is approved:

  • A pickup will be arranged through our courier partner
  • After the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected
  • You will receive confirmation of approval or rejection of the return request

Processing time: 3–5 working days after pickup


5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

a) Original Payment Method

UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
(Processing time: 5–7 working days)

b) Store Credit / Coupon Code

Instant refund in wallet, which you can use for future purchases.


6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, we can replace the item with:

  • The same product
  • A different color/variant (if available)

Exchange is subject to stock availability.


7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled — but you can request a return after receiving it.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank/UPI again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
  • If you still need help, email us at support@travelhackers.in
