1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product is defective or missing parts
- The product is not as described
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all tags, packaging, and accessories included
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used immunity boosters
- Wellness consumables
- Personal care products
- Products purchased during clearance sale (if marked non-returnable)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@travelhackers.in
- Include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Pickup & Inspection
Once your return is approved:
- A pickup will be arranged through our courier partner
- After the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected
- You will receive confirmation of approval or rejection of the return request
Processing time: 3–5 working days after pickup
5. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:
a) Original Payment Method
UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
(Processing time: 5–7 working days)
b) Store Credit / Coupon Code
Instant refund in wallet, which you can use for future purchases.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we can replace the item with:
- The same product
- A different color/variant (if available)
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled — but you can request a return after receiving it.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank/UPI again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
